  • ABOUT OUR DRESSES

Off the Rack offers a large selection of Bridal gowns, Mothers' dresses, and flower girl dresses. All of our dresses are high-quality samples that are not available to reorder but to purchase off the rack and take home with you that day! We carry multiple designers, including an exclusive private collection for our Off the Rack Brides. You can expect to see couture gowns for $2,500 and under! Along with a variety of different designers and price points, we also carry sizes 0-34.

  • DO WE REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS?

Our day-to-day runs on walk-ins only so no need to schedule an appointment. Grab your group and come in when it works for your schedule best! We have 4 bridal rooms with semi-private viewing areas where you will have a consultant working with you throughout your try-on experience. There will be no 1-on-1 appointments, but a bridal consultant will always help you when needed. Please note that there may be a wait time as appointments are not required.

  • HOW TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE OFF THE RACK HAS TO OFFER?

Know your budget and research what styles you may like. All of our dresses are listed on our website, browse through our selection before your appointment! Be prepared to find 'the one'. With our dresses being sold off the rack only, we don't want anyone to experience falling in love with a dress and not being able to take it home with them while it's available. Be confident in yourself!

  • HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING TO TRY ON BRIDAL GOWNS?

During your try-on time, you will have guaranteed seating for up to 3 guests. We encourage you to bring people who are the best to help make your decision process smooth and easy. With the possibility that there will be more than one bridal appointment happening at one time, we can't promise that there will be extra seating available. If you are bringing children to your appointment, they must remain with an adult at all times. They are not permitted to stand on pedestals, or try on tiaras, veils, shoes, etc.

  • DO YOU HAVE A SEAMSTRESS ON SITE?

We do not have an in-house seamstress. With brides traveling from different states to shop with us, this allows a bride the opportunity to find an alterations experience that works best for them!

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept cash and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept Checks.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR TRANSFERS OF DEPOSITS?

​

All sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns offered. The final sales policy is consistent with the bridal industry standard.
